We’ve had a fantastic response to our
Pip yarn since its launch last year, so we thought new Spring/Summer season would be the perfect time to expand its palette and introduce three brand new signature baa ram ewe shades to the range which are now available to pre order, beating the rush at new season launch!
Aire has always been one of our popular shades across our range and was one of the first ever colours we introduced in our
Titus yarn. Its namesake, the River Aire, flowed through the heart of Yorkshire’s traditional Woollen district, powering many of the region’s mills along its path.
The rich, burnt warmth of our Parkin shade was inspired by the traditional Yorkshire cake of the same name. Ginger and treacle are its rich ingredients baked to secret recipes handed down through the generations.
The beautiful Eccup reservoir is the largest area of water in West Yorkshire, and is home to a growing population of rare Red Kites. Its stillness, depth and tranquillity inspired us to add this shade to our range.
These three gorgeous new shades will be available at our
new season launch on 7th of February. Alas we will be increasing our prices slightly from this date but if you pre-order the new shades now they (and the rest of our yarns) will be at the current price. Click

Need some inspiration for our
Pip and its expanded palette? We’ve teamed up with the wonderful Yorkshire designer Ann Kingstone to showcase some of her favourite Children’s designs in her signature stranded style that has made her so popular. The ‘
Little Tykes’ e-book will be available through Ann’s
Ravelry page and
website and features 6 of her best-selling designs for small people newly knitted in our
Pip. They're all adorable!
