One of the patterns from Ann Kingstone and baa ram ewe's first book together celebrating all things woolly and Yorkshire.
This pattern is for a chunky tea cosy, perfect for a large teapot and was designed for our very own Rare yarn, which is a heavy chunky blend of Whitefaced Woodland and Hebridean wool. This yarn is no longer available, therefore we recommend any super chunky yarn - you will need approx 150g or 110m.
You will also need 6 mm circular knitting needles (which are smaller than usual for this yarn to create a dense fabric).
Smaller sizes can be made by using aran weight yarn and 4mm needles and by using chunky yarn and 5mm needles.
