Here are the answers to a few commonly asked questions- we hope they help!
How much is the minimum order?
Our yarn is sold in 1kg packs, that's 10 x 100g hanks of each shade. Patterns and books are sold in packs of three. There's no minimum order.
What are the payment terms?
We're a small company so we are sorry but we can't offer terms. All orders must be paid for in full before they will be dispatched.
What payment methods do you accept?
We'll accept a bank transfer or we can send you a TransferWise link via email. We accept payment through PayPal or can take card payments over the phone. Let us know what suits you.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is dependent on weight and destination and will be quoted upon receipt of your order.
