Returns
If you wish to return an order then please do so within 14 days of the date an order is delivered, and we can arrange an exchange or refund for the item/s in your order, (minus shipping). Please contact us by email at hello@baaramewe.co.uk if you need to return your purchase.

Sending Your Return (International)
To return an item overseas we would strongly recommend that you use a secure trackable courier service such as DHL, UPS or DPD to return your item to us. Baa Ram Ewe cannot be held responsible for any items which do not reach us, so it is advisable that you use a trackable service. Please note that international customs and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the UK.
Packing Up Your Return
Returned items must be in their original packaging in the condition and weight they were received. Please enclose your original invoice. Shipping and postal costs for the return are the buyer’s responsibility. In the event of a return being necessary due to an error on Baa Ram Ewe’s part of the item being faulty, shipping and postal costs will be refunded in full to the buyer.
