Cillian is a traditional Aran sweater pattern. It features the Honeycomb stitch, which is thought to have symbolised the hard-working bees and was said to have brought luck and abundance of catch to the fishermen at sea. This sweater was designed using our Coast yarn. This yarn is sold on 200g hanks, perfect for an all-over textured sweater.
You will need:
Coast: 5 (5, 6, 6, 6) x 200g hanks

5 mm (US8) straight needles
4 mm (US6) straight needles
A cable needle; a stitch holder; knitters sewing needle
