This pattern collection features 7 hand-picked vintage designs from the archive of historic Yorkshire knitting company Sirdar. Alison Moreton has reworked these designs to fit the modern woman using the latest techniques. From the strong, striped yoke of the Stormy Sunset Sweater to the fluid drape of Scarborough Spa, this is a collection that celebrates vintage shapes and style in an up-to-date fashion. Three accessory designs – a hat, cowl and mitts – are also included in the book which adapt the original garment patterns into pieces that are fun to wear and easy to make.
